Sharron Handley - You Gain Training Pty Ltd - Founder and Director

I have been in the workforce for over 40 years. I have worked in finance, management, bookkeeping and administration for small, medium and large organisations. In conjunction with the academic side of my work life, I have been self-employed, ran my own businesses, and had my own counselling, art therapy and sandplay therapy practices.

My current tool kit:

• Completed The Trainers Ultimate Toolkit through ‘WeTrain’

• Diploma in Art Therapy/Counselling

• Master Practitioner in Sandplay Therapy

• Inner Child and Regression work studied in New Mexico

• Currently studying NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

• Cert 4 in Bookkeeping and Accounting

• Continuing to learn, research, be trained and train in, the extraordinarily important area of self-development and personal growth, for the past 30 years.

I have developed an intimate understanding of workplace dynamics, including staff and business management.  Being a qualified contract bookkeeper has fed the analytical part of my brain that loves logic and order, while the fascinating study of human interaction has continued to feed the creative side of my brain through the development of behavioural strategies to satisfy each unique situation. Both areas focus on systems, strategies, knowledge and outcome.
